Jordan Numbering Association (GS1 Jordan) is seeking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals in the following position: Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and develop GS1 Jordan’s database
  • Provide current customers with technical support
  • Conduct regular trainings to current and new customers
  • Conduct customer analysis
  • Handle customers complaints and inquires effectively
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Manage all customers documentations and records

Education, Experience and Skills for position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrate /Information Technologic or related field
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Excellent command in English
  • 1 year Up to 3 years’ experience
